Hello. I'm Caden Zhang, a 16 year old from the Bay Area who's been entranced by basketball since a very early age. That obsession has led me down a path of wanting to understand the science behind performance, which eventually turned into consuming every biology and sports podcast I could find.

Enough is enough. Absolutely exhausted by listening through hours of podcast episodes for only a few gems, I decided to create a place where I can share the notes of the podcasts I listen to. Inspired by NBA veteran Paul George's Podcast P, this place would be named Podcast C. 

In a world of dwindling attention spans, Podcast C twists the sword. It does the listening, and transforms it into a piece of short form literature that is warm and fertile, far from the slavery of algorithms and the empty fires of boredom. No one can reach you there.
